The Game

Hey guys!

So I finally got some books!!!! This first one that I am going to describe is The Game by Teresa Toten.

Dani Webster has suffered beatings from her father since she was in kindergarden. To escape, Dani and her sister Kelly play The Game. They went on quests to vanquish evil and save the goddess. All of that, though, is now a hazy memory as Dani lifts her head from the floor of the isolation room at Riverwood Clinic, a facility for "teens with problems"

Dani stays here, trying to mend not only the phisical trauma, but a deeper one that she neither knows of, or can confront... YET.
With the help of some new friends, Dani develops the courage to face her deeply disfunctional family and a terrible secret. She must eleminate The Game forever.

Teresa Toten does an AMAZING job of making you feel like you are there! Wether you're Dani, or watching her life pan out, you feel conected.

It is a very hard job for a writer to get their readers to feel connected in this way, but Teresa Toten does a nearly perfect job of it! I can't wait for you to expierience this rush of adrenaline and heart-break as much you do in this book!

            See you Tomorrow,

                     -KRISTEN
